What do I need to book my party?

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your party date/time. Deposit can go towards a future party date.
An invoice with the remaining balance is due 5 days before your party and will be sent to your email.

Will deposits be refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable.
You can put deposit towards another day up to a year from the date of the canceled party.
If there is an issue due to inclement weather conditions that affects roads, we will accommodate and reschedule for a new date based on availability.

Where will you park the bus?
You are responsible for securing a parking space before we arrive onsite.
We need 35ft length of clearance to park the bus.

How long does the party last?
All parties are approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours long depending on your party package and number of guests. In addition to the allotted party time we will require 30mins set-up time before each party and approximately 15mins for clean up after the party. Our parties operate according to a set schedule, therefore, all parties must start and end on time (weather permitting). Under no circumstances will we be able to wait for latecomers. They can join in at the point of the party's progression when they arrive.

Do you transport the children on the bus?
The mobile bus isn't allowed to move during the party. This is to keep everyone safe and sound!
Are food/beverages permitted on the bus?

There will be no outside food or beverages permitted on the bus. We do have snack options that could be added during the booking process, and parents are allowed to bring cake and sing happy birthday at the end of the party.

Is there a restroom on the bus?
Hey there! Just a heads up, there isn't a restroom on the bus.

Can the bus only park at single family homes (house)?
Absolutely! We're thrilled to bring the Insta Glam Spa Bus experience to any location where we have confirmed permission to be on the property.
